Our white glove service ensures that everything is assembled perfectly and fast, without you having the hassle of finding the right screwdriver and working out which bit goes where. We also remove all the packaging and demonstrate how to use your new furniture.
Our beds, sofa beds and sofas are delivered in sections, so whether you’ve got winding staircases, narrow doorways, or tight passageways, your furniture won't get "stuck" with us.
We're confident we can get our beds, sofa beds and sofas into most places and want you to be too. We offer the option of requesting a refund if yours won't go in*. However, if you think access is particularly tight or awkward, please contact us to talk it through. We're here to help.

Delivery outside the UK is possible. Our terms are Ex-Factory, so you will source and liaise with the shipping company directly.
We can also suggest some shipping companies previously used by other customers and in some cases help you quote so please talk to us.
