Furl were exceptional from start to finish – from my first visit to the showroom through to installation. I was initially drawn in by the design (the Illusion bed is absolutely stunning), but seeing it in person and experiencing the quality firsthand made the decision easy. Communication throughout the production process was excellent. I always knew what stage my order was at, when to expect delivery, and how to prepare – which made the entire experience feel smooth and considered. Delivery was right on time, with great communication on the day. The installation team worked efficiently and left my home spotless – ready for me to enjoy the bed (and, of course, a well-earned power nap). The attention to detail is truly outstanding. From the beautifully crafted walnut legs to the subtle Furl logo inside the bed (such a thoughtful touch!), everything feels premium and well designed. I’m already planning to order a sofa and can’t wait to do so. I would highly recommend Furl to anyone – this is easily one of the highest-quality products I’ve come across.
