The not so small, small print - Our Returns Policy

1. The product must be made in one of our standard fabrics (leather is excluded) and not be a bespoke size.

2. Delivery and collection costs are excluded.

3. Products must be returned in good clean condition, we request that a mattress protector is used at all times.

Our returns policy is no substitute for getting it right, we will do all we can to help you choose the right product. We've got three showrooms where you can view, try and thoroughly test the products. Our staff are experts and they will be happy to guide you through our ranges. In our showrooms, you can also see ( and feel ) all our fabrics, we can order samples for you to try at home.
