Edward was knowledgeable, patient and helpful whilst I made my choice. Fabio and Phil on delivery day were professional, courteous, tidy, clean, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. I could not be happier with my new bed (which I have looked for for years!), the storage is more impressive than I anticipated. The overall customer service from start to finish makes Furl stand out. Fabio and Phil were very patient on delivery day answering all of my questions and ensuring I was happy before they left. They were courteous in asking if they were required to remove their shoes (which they did with no bother at all), tidy whilst assembling and removed all packaging upon leaving. Great advice, communication and fantastic product. Our bed was delivered one week later than the ‘estimated delivery date’ which was acceptable to us, and it was well worth the wait. The team communicated well throughout and the delivery men installing the product went above and beyond explaining the bed and clearing up after themselves. A great experience all round.
