Plus, the body-conforming nature of memory foam evenly distributes body weight, relieving pressure points and joint pain too.

How Thick Should A Sofa Bed Mattress Be?

The average sofa bed mattress is only 8-9 cm thick and 180 cm long. This might be okay for one or two nights, but if you plan to sleep on your sofa bed regularly, you’ll need something thicker.
