I purchased my first piece of garden furniture over 20 years ago, I didn’t know it was fermob, I wasn’t in the interiors business back then, I knew it was French, I knew I’d seen it on all my travels, It reminded me of great holidays. Great advice, communication and fantastic product. Our bed was delivered one week later than the ‘estimated delivery date’ which was acceptable to us, and it was well worth the wait. The team communicated well throughout and the delivery men installing the product went above and beyond explaining the bed and clearing up after themselves. A great experience all round.
