Exceptional service from start to finish! From meeting Edward in the Chelsea showroom, email communication and of course the team who delivered and assembled my max storage bed, Fabio and Phil. Edward was knowledgeable, patient and helpful whilst I made my choice. Great advice, communication and fantastic product. Our bed was delivered one week later than the ‘estimated delivery date’ which was acceptable to us, and it was well worth the wait. The team communicated well throughout and the delivery men installing the product went above and beyond explaining the bed and clearing up after themselves. A great experience all round.
